Roger is a licensed appraiser, Licensed Real Estate Broker as well as a Licensed U.S. Customs House Broker with a degree in finance and an MBA. His valuation of intangible and tangible assets and investment analysis includes automobile dealerships, shopping centers, car washes, mini storage facilities, motels, timeshare, warehouses, casinos, restaurants, service stations, dry cleaners, construction companies as well as highest & best use study, feasibility study, litigation and prospective value appraisals. As an appraiser and consultant, Roger is able to provide his clients valuable support and counseling beyond his appraisal and professional work for them. Roger is a litigation specialist. Supporting attorney's and their clients. Roger's background as an academic, entrepreneur, business broker, and business counselor with experience as Alaska's Director of Unemployment Insurance, as a communications technician in the White House for President Johnson benefits all of his clients. Roger is a Special Use Income Property Expert Witness. Roger is an SBA S.C.O.R.E. instructor. Roger attended the University of WA, Harvard & Notre Dame.
