Type(s) of products and/or services;
Jurisdiction (location);
Number of employees;
Desired valuation date;
Date of financial data you'll provide;
Annual Gross Revenue,
Assets: cash on hand and in bank, accounts receivable, inventory, real estate, durables, patents, investments, security deposits, other;
Liabilities: payables, notes, tax, other;
Your contact data.

  Here's the procedure:
  1. Pay $99.00 for your business valuation. We use PayPal - a business unit of eBay - as our secure, third-party payment processor.

    For your security we do not see your payment details or credit card number.

  2. Upon successful payment, fill in a simple form (left) describing your business.
  3. We will confirm receipt of your order by email. (PayPal will also send a receipt)
  4. We will contact you to confirm your data and to request any missing information.
  5. We will evaluate your business and send you a report within a few business days. Our standard is five business days, but this may be slightly longer during busy periods.
  6. We will maintain a record of your business valuation for one year.
